All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail to ensure that your package is delivered properly and secure. The shipping process can take 2-5 business days. Please take the time to fully enter your correct information during the checkout process. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will provide the status of your package until it reaches your doorstep and confirms "DELIVERED". In the case where your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service, considering it is their responsibility after it has been checked into their facility. GLAMYARD will not be held responsible for packages that have been confirmed delivered.
Shipping fees are non- refundable. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your items minus the shipping charge.
